Evidence-based support to help you
feel like yourself again
Do you often feel overwhelmed or disconnected in relationships?
Have you found yourself hiding how much you’re struggling from others?
Are you feeling trapped in the same patterns, despite all the work you've done to change them?
If you want to move out of survival mode and make space for what’s next
I’m here to help

I’m Katherine, a Registered Psychotherapist specializing in trauma recovery and grief support.
My practice is focused on providing reliable, compassionate support for both present concerns and longer-term work. Offering evidence-based trauma therapy to adults who have experienced traumatic relationships, early life trauma, and disenfranchised or compounded grief.
Clients who resonate with my style are often seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and are looking for a therapist who makes room for complexity and nuance rather than defaulting to one-size-fits-all approaches.
I offer virtual trauma therapy and grief counselling to patients across Ontario.
Specializing in supportive processing and recovery from complex trauma and long-standing, treatment-resistant symptoms, using paced approaches that do not require detailed verbal recounting of traumatic experiences.
Whether it’s your first time seeking therapy or you’re looking for a different approach, please reach out -
I'd love to help you find the right care (even if it's not with me)
