INSURANCE
Your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan may cover psychotherapy services in full or in part.
Contact your Insurance provider to check if coverage for Registered Psychotherapy is included in your Policy.
I don't offer direct billing. Sessions are paid upfront, and reimbursement can then be sought through your insurer if your plan includes coverage.
Paid invoices, which you can submit to your insurance provider are provided after each appointment.
Questions to ask your provider:
-
Does my plan cover psychotherapy provided by a Registered Psychotherapist?
-
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
-
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have or how much it covers per session? If so, what is the limit?
-
Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
