A space for therapists to process their own experiences and reconnect with themselves beyond the therapy room.
Therapy can offer a space where you can exist fully as a human being. Where you don’t need to be “on,” have the right words, or hold everything together for everyone else.
It can be an opportunity to process your own experiences with honesty and depth and reconnect with your emotions, needs, values, and sense of self.
I reserve a few lower-cost spots for therapists to help make support feel more accessible and sustainable.

Seeking help as a therapist
It is not uncommon for therapists to experience a sense of being emotionally full, socially overextended, or needing space from people while also feeling isolated, disconnected or unknown/unseen by others in their life.
As a therapist in therapy myself, I understand the effort involved in reaching out, finding the right support, and engaging in the therapeutic process and I appreciate how much courage, trust, and vulnerability it takes to seek help.
Working in this field means higher exposure to emotional stress, loss and suffering. Our ability to remain steady for our clients does not lessen the personal impact this work can have on us, we need just as much help, if not more, than every other person.
Together we will focus on whatever feels most important to you, whether its finding ways to separate who you are as a clinician from who you are as a person, exploring relationship difficulties, family stress, grief, anxiety or trauma or getting in touch with your own emotional experience, needs or sense of self.
While also allowing space to process the deeper layers of countertransference, clinical responsibility, and navigating uncertainty within both clinical work and personal life as they come up.
If you're looking for a space where you can step out of “therapist mode” and back into yourself, without needing to analyze, manage, or hold perspective all the time, please reach out.
